How much does it cost?

Dennis A. Brebner & Associates is only compensated for our services if we are able to get you the benefits you are entitled to.

At the initial application level, the Reconsideration and Administrative Law Judge hearing level, we charge the industry standard rate, which is 25% of past due benefits subject to the cap set in place by the Social Security Administration. We also charge out-of-pocket costs for such items as medical records and physician completion of forms.
